Torrey Pines Pop Warner ("TPPW") is a 501c3 organization as defined in IRS Publication 557, Section 501(c)(3), Organization of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
By purchasing a sponsorship from TPPW or donating money to TPPW, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All sponsorship purchases from TPPW are considered donations to TPPW. TPPW may recognize your donation and honor you with signage or other publicitiy, however such recognition or other publicity is not guaranteed. By making a donation to TPPW, you are doing so without any expectation of receiving anything of value in exchange for your donation. For the avoidance of doubt, you understand and agree that TPPW is NOT required to provide you with any material consideration in exchange for your donation. Any recognition or other publicity given to you or your organization by TPPW shall be done at the full and absolute discretion of TPPW and shall be made for the sole purpose of recognizing TPPW's supporters.
All purchases (donations) are considered final at the time TPPW receives electronic authorization of your payment and are not subject to refunds. You understand that by making a purchase from TPPW (which is considered a donation to TPPW), you are doing so with the expectation that there will be no consideration provided by TPPW in exchange for your donation, and you agree that under no circumstances shall you be entitled to a refund. In the event you have any concern whatsoever regarding your donation to TPPW or if an error has occurred, you understand that your only recourse shall be to work with TPPW in good faith to resolve the matter. The resolution of any concern or error shall be at the full and absolute discretion of TPPW.
You also understand and agree that the Board of Directors of TPPW shall in no circumstances be liable to you in any way relating to your donation to TPPW or relating to any interactions regarding your donation to TPPW. You acknowledge and agree that only representations and warranties contained in this written agreement shall apply to your donation to TPPW and this agreement may not be modified unless in writing and signed by the President of TPPW.
